Stallholder Documentation

The Stallholder documentation includes quite a lot of rules and regulations. The most important document is the one that tells us all about you and what you wish to offer from your stall on the day.

STALLHOLDER APPLICATION FORM MARCH 2013 P RevA

You will also need to fill in a Risk Assessment form (as ever!). If you have a standard form that you have used in the past please send us that and we will treat that as the working document.

If you have not got “one you completed earlier” you can use our standard form, which is here:

Low risk traders can get help from our hard-working admin team.

It is important that you read the following –  although clearly the food hygiene and alcohol guidelines are relevant only to food and drink suppliers, and, since Forres Events Limited now has its Market Operator’s licence,  individual street trader licences will not be required.

STALLHOLDER ALCOHOL GUIDELINES MARCH 2013

STALLHOLDER FOOD AND HYGIENE REGULATIONS MARCH 2013

This is how it works.

The  General Conditions and Schedules of Regulations, and Guidelines, are pdf documents, setting out the obligations relating to particular trades and activities. These are where we inform you of what you need to do to comply with the requirements of the Event organisers and Moray Council. These cover all matters Before, During and After the Event, together with all general terms and conditions.

We will post on the Website other such documents, if there are any changes or matters that you need to know about as we get closer to the day.

Please study these documents carefully.

The Application Form questionnaire and a Risk Assessment Form,  as required by Moray Council are included  above as Word documents for you to download,  complete and return, to tell us about you, your offering, staff, vehicles, equipment and how you propose to deliver your offering on the day. These will enable us to work with you to ensure that you get the best available space and resources for your stand. Indicative prices are included in the Application Form. We’ve included in these forms lots of guidance to help you complete them.

Once we have all your details, we can confirm your booking and advise you of any Special Conditions that will apply to your agreement.  When we do so, you will need to sign your agreement to those Special Conditions and send that back to us with your Deposit or Fee, together with any certification, insurance or licenses applicable to your business.
